In the long run, you’ll end up scratching your head again when maintenance fees and special assessment fees among others come your way. Now, if you want to avoid this problem. the best way you can do it is to simply turn down the timeshare offers. By doing so, you can consider it as one of the best decisions you’ve ever made in your life.
